What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is an orthodontic device that straightens teeth using clear aligners. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign aligners are almost invisible and removable, making them a convenient option for many patients. These aligners are custom made to fit your teeth perfectly, gently moving them into place. Invisalign treatment involves a series of aligners that are replaced every two weeks to gradually straighten your teeth. This is a great option for those who don’t want metal brackets and wires.
Invisalign treatment at Maple Park Dental Care starts with a consultation. During this visit, we will evaluate your teeth and discuss your smile goals. We use advanced align technology to create a customized treatment plan for you. Many patients love the flexibility of Invisalign because the removable trays make eating, brushing and flossing easier. With fewer office visits than traditional braces, Invisalign is a more convenient way to get a healthier smile.
Types of Invisalign
Invisalign has options for everyone. Whether you’re an adult or a teen, there’s an Invisalign for you.
Invisalign Full
This is the adult treatment, for a wide range of orthodontic issues, including crooked and gapped teeth. Typically 12-18 months of wearing a series of custom aligners.
Invisalign Teen
Designed for teens, this includes features to accommodate growing mouths and track wear time. So teens can get a straight smile and continue to do all the things they love without the hassle of metal braces.
Invisalign Lite
For minor corrections, Invisalign Lite uses fewer aligners and is shorter treatment. Great for those with less severe misalignment.
Invisalign Go
This option is for patients who need only slight adjustments. It involves fewer aligners and can deliver results in as little as three months.
